Shelevate is proud to be the sister company of HEAH: Open Routes for all Learners CIC (Hub for Education access & Healing), a registered learning provider dedicated to supporting learners with tailored education and well-being services. Together, we share a commitment to education access and healing, empowering individuals and communities through trauma-informed therapeutic coaching, personalised learning, and holistic support.

Shelevate equips individuals with the skills, confidence, and emotional resilience to step into community-facing roles with purpose. Through trauma-informed training, mentoring, and lived-experience-led support, we prepare people not just to get jobs — but to create lasting change where it matters most.

• Trauma-Informed Coaching: One-to-one and group coaching sessions designed to support emotional well-being, build resilience, and boost learner confidence.

• Resource Development: Creation of bespoke tools, lesson plans, and materials to enhance learning and emotional regulation.
  
  

• Level 3 Personal Training sessions – delivered 1-to-1, in small groups, or as part of our trauma-informed Family Fit Club.

• Customised & Personalised Courses - Shelevate designs and delivers customised, personalised courses tailored to meet the unique needs of learners and organisations, ensuring practical and impactful learning experiences.
